Request To Rent Space

Thank you for contacting Refuge Hill Church. In order to rent space you will need to fill out the following form. If you are not sure about something, fill it out as best you can. The Event Director will be in touch with you to discuss this request form.

Space is not reserved until you have a written statement from the Event Director approving your request.  Contract, certificate of liability (if required), payment, and refundable security deposit will need to be collected 1 month prior to the event or you will forfeit your reservation (exceptions may be granted). Fees will be discussed when the Event Director reaches out to you.
